OUR LETTINGS SERVICES

We offer the same dedicated service within our lettings department and there are two different levels of service to choose from. All our fees are inclusive of VAT.

You must order an EPC for potential buyers and tenants before you market your property to sell or rent and we can arrange this for you for £60.

TENANTS FEES

Our application fee is £60 per person for anyone over the age of 18 who will be living in the property. This fee is non-refundable once an application has been submitted.

OPTIONS
If required, we can arrange an Energy Performance Certificate and floor plan from £60 and a Gas Safety Certificate from £60.
